4. Depending on the aim of and legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data, as stated below, the Controller may collect and process the following data:
• a. identifying data, e.g.: name, surname, PESEL [National ID No.], date of birth;
• b. contact data, e.g.: address, telephone number, email address, identifier or nickname on a social media platform;
• c. data collected and processed with the aim of entering into and fulfilling agreements such as the reservation contract, as well as other preliminary and final contracts of property purchase and acquisition of related rights, including bank account numbers, credit reports from financial institutions, information on the current balance of the aforesaid contracts.
5. You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to demand its removal, to limit the processing thereof, to move it, and to revoke your consent at any time with no effect on the legality of the processing during the period in which the consent was in effect—if the processing is in accordance with article 6, par. 1, point a of the GDPR, i.e. based on the consent given by you. Should you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact information stated above and following the process comprehensively indicated in par. 7 of the Privacy Policy. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), if your data is being processed in violation of legal requirements.
6. A petition for the exercise of your rights may be filed:

9. Your personal data will be made available to persons acting within the structure of the Controller, including parties rendering services to the Controller in connection with implementing and operating the project, sales and marketing activities (and parties rendering legal services, sales services, marketing services, and other consulting services), affiliated companies, or other companies cooperating, on a basis different than contractual relationships, with Rezydencje Warmińskie Szczepańska – Kroc spółka komandytowa based in Warsaw, in order to operate the project. Thus, your personal data will be specifically available to members of the governing body, members of the property acceptance department, members of the design department, and members of the sales and marketing department. If you are our Client, your data may also be accessed by banks, notaries public, tenant associations represented by bodies designated by them, parties rendering services to the Controller in relation to operating the project and performing sales and marketing activities (and parties rendering legal services, sales services, marketing services, and other consulting services), particularly information technology services, telecommunications services, satisfaction surveying services, property management (administration) services, services related to implementing the project and interior finishing, services related to repairs within guarantees or warranties, to which the Controller has entrusted or may entrust processing personal data.
10. The Company shall not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
11. The Controller shall not render you subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
12. The Controller shall regularly review this Privacy Policy and, if necessary due to new laws or other circumstances, shall make suitable amendments.
